New construction of 28 vacation apartments with underground parking in Cuxhaven.<\/p>\n

This modern building in Cuxhaven has a total of 28 vacation apartments, an underground garage with 28 parking spaces, a passenger elevator and a bicycle storage building.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

The roof was designed as a flat roof reinforced concrete ceiling with a corresponding structure and masking.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The entire building is supplied with thermal energy via a gas condensing boiler supported by solar energy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

A satellite system was installed on the roof.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The tiles in the wet rooms were laid in a thin bed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

All driveways, access routes and footpaths were made with 8 cm thick concrete paving stones in gray.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The property was given an evergreen border planting for the first time. A planted embankment was created in front of and partly to the side of the building.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
