The buildings were erected as a reinforced concrete structure made of in-situ concrete supplemented by walls made of sand-lime brickwork and precast concrete elements. The fa\u00e7ade surfaces were constructed using facing brickwork. The roofs were designed as warm roofs (flat roofs without a ventilated air layer). <\/p>\n

In addition to the earthworks and shell construction work, we also carried out the window construction, screed, plastering and roofing work. The aluminum doors in the entrance areas and the facade elements for the balconies and terraces were just as much a part of our job as the railings and fall protection. <\/p>\n

The individual basement sections for the apartments were separated by system partition walls.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
