Construction of a property with 8 residential units and a commercial unit used as a spa administration, incl. Underground garage with parking spaces, cellar rooms and technical rooms.
Work carried out:
The outer walls of the building were constructed as double-shell masonry, partly with reinforced concrete construction made of in-situ concrete, and the underground parking garage was constructed from semi-precast concrete elements filled with in-situ concrete. The rear walling is of solid construction, while a facing brick was used on the outside.
