Scope of services

As part of this project, all piping, civil engineering, and dewatering work was carried out for the construction of an approximately 11.4 km long DN400 pipeline, including complex excavation and shoring work as well as several closed crossings using trenchless technology.

The work was carried out in a joint venture with the companies Vorwerk-ASA and Mackscheidt.

Work carried out:

Civil engineering and pipeline trenching work for the approximately 11.4 km long DN400 pipeline

Excavation of construction pits up to 6 m deep for enclosed crossings and structures using: HDD drilling, jacking, microtunneling (including under BAB 31), and pile driving

Extensive shoring work, including: sheet pile shoring, beam-pile wall shoring, and interlocking bored pile walls

Construction of two stations, including: civil engineering work, pipeline installation, and construction of paved surfaces

Installation of Cable Conduits

Coating work with fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) and polyurethane (PUR)

Conducting D2 Pressure Tests

Construction of a temporary access road using steel plates

Carrying out extensive and technically challenging dewatering work
