Cleaning pigs

Cleaning to remove impurities and incrustations from pipes. In accordance with the Water Resources Act, Lankers is approved by TÜV to carry out pigging.

Mechanical cleaning
Cleaning pipes with brush pigs or other special tools.

Chemical cleaning
Cleaning of pipelines with chemical agents by pigging in a batch process.

Combined cleaning
Cleaning of pipelines using flushing methods, also in conjunction with chemical cleaning agents.

Cleaning concepts
Special and individualized cleaning concepts can be created for cleaning.

Leak detection

Leak detection pigs, which can also be located locally in the pipeline, are used to detect leaks in pipelines.

GEOMETRIC PIGGING / Inspection pigging

Multi-channel pigs are used to detect dents and possible damage to pipelines.

Drying with pre-dried, oil-free air

For the drying of pipelines and pipeline systems are available:

  • Drying sluices of all nominal sizes
  • Drying systems that achieve a dew point of up to -60° C and corresponding compressors that can achieve a volume flow of up to 1,200 m3/h

Drying and / or inerting with nitrogen

Drying and/or inerting with nitrogen can be carried out:

  • Nitrogen bundles and appropriately dimensioned pressure reducers
  • Evaporator systems for larger volumes

Detection of the dew point incl. logging

The dew point achieved is verified using calibrated measuring devices.

The measuring devices meet the requirements of various energy suppliers in accordance with GL 273 – 502.

Pressure testing of sewers

The pressure testing of sewers is carried out according to
