Scope of services

As part of the L-H gas changeover in the Osnabrück area, a new BZR station is being built in Bissendorf in the Haller Kirchweg / Haller Stiegteweg area and a connection line is being laid to the existing branch of OGE line no. 58.

The contract includes the complete construction of the new outgoing pipeline L00809 (DN200, DP16) from the BZR station on Haller Stiegteweg, starting via Kuhdamm, Dickenweg, via Schnatgraben road to a residential area, continuing via Vinckenaue, then crossing Westerhausener Straße and ending in the Wulberg / Ochsenweg area. The pipeline is approx. 4,200 m long. Various bodies of water / roads are crossed in the pipeline route using the HDD method. The remaining pipe lengths will be installed using the open laying technique. In the Ochsenweg area, a new gate valve crossing will be installed, connecting the following pipelines, L00809, L09016 and L09049.

WORK CARRIED OUT:

Delivery of the entire BE, provision of power supply, traffic safety, lighting, etc.

All pipeline installation work for the construction and completion of the stations and pipelines, nominal pipe sizes up to DN200 (BZR station; L00808; L00809; L09016; L09049; valve station on Ochsenweg) including NDT, coating, coating and pressure tests.

All earthworks, civil engineering work, road construction work, dewatering work, laying the foundations for the stations, etc.

1x HDD approx. 220m Westerhausener Straße; 1x HDD approx. 315m water crossing “Alte Hase”; 1x HDD approx. 157.50m water crossing “Hase”; all pipe connections by means of push-over valves
