Work carried out:
General contractor for the construction (excluding electrical work, TGA) of the building.
Laying the supply and disposal lines incl. earthworks.
Production of a concrete floor with ESD coating (electrically dissipative) or an industrial floor with hard material layer (wear resistance 3 cm³/50 cm²) and integrated industrial surface heating.
Installation of the thermal wall elements with corrugated profile on the outside and top finish using Domico Planum.
Execution of screed, floor covering, tiling, dry construction, locksmith and painting work.
Construction of a gravel base course below the concrete base and foundation work.
Construction of the fire walls using aerated concrete elements.
Installation of an aluminum mullion and transom façade.
Execution of the trapezoidal sheet metal and roof waterproofing work with corresponding continuous rooflight constructions on prestressed concrete trusses.
Reinforced concrete and masonry work.
Installation of the thermal cavity walls and prestressed concrete hollow core slab.
