General contractor for the extended shell construction

Dewatering work

Pressure testing and camera inspection of the RW and SW pipes

Installation of plastic windows and front doors

Installing the ETICS

Earthworks incl. Soil replacement

Laying the supply and disposal lines under the development roads incl. Earthworks

Paving work for the access roads

Reinforced concrete and masonry work for 14 apartment buildings with up to 20 residential units between 50 m² and 160 m²

Execution of the interior plastering work
