Renewal of two slide gate groups on line 63 in Ochtrup

Pipeline construction:

Prefabrication in Neuenhaus. Main pipe DN 1100 / DP 100, branches in DN200 and DN400.

Re-coating by means of PUR coating.

Integration of the slider groups.

Prefabrication with automated welding processes.

Pressure testing and drying.

Civil engineering:

Construction of two excavation pits up to a depth of approx. 4.5m.

Partial shoring by means of soldier pile wall shoring incl. Statics

Dewatering by means of a filter system.
