Scope of services

As the shell construction contractor for the construction of the load-bearing building structure as well as the weatherproof building shell and steel structures, we were commissioned to build a technical center for generating energy for three CHP units with two boilers for the Jülich Research Center.

The building was constructed as a reinforced concrete structure made of in-situ concrete and prefabricated concrete elements, including a concrete slab. façade elements. The roof construction consists of a load-bearing steel structure with trapezoidal sheet metal.

Work carried out:

Earthworks and shoring work (Berlin shoring) for the building

Screed and plaster work

Precast reinforced concrete elements above the roof level

Metal construction and locksmith work for façade elements

Shell construction work with foundations, in-situ concrete structures and load-bearing precast reinforced concrete elements as well as façade elements made of precast reinforced concrete elements

Steel construction work for the roof structure, substructure for platforms, stairs and railings

Roofing and waterproofing work

Railing

Steel doors and gates, roller shutters
